$26 through schoolcashonline or $30 Cash. The fee must be paid before physical will be given.

All high school physicals will be done during athletic/band/cheer/drill team/ROTC periods until 3:00p
​

Current Collins Intermediate 6th graders/Incoming 7th graders will be notified by Knox coaches regarding transportation​

Information will be given to the Knox coaches on how and when they will transport students to CP
​​

2025 - 2026 physicals at Knox Junior High School on Thursday, May 8th, 2025

$26 through schoolcashonline or $30 Cash. The fee must be paid before physical will be given

All junior high physicals will start before school at 8:00a for those who don't have their athletic classes and during the morning athletic periods
​

Current Wilkerson Intermediate 6th graders/Incoming 7th graders will be notified by Knox coaches regarding transportation to Knox JH

All Knox JH physicals will be done during athletic/band/cheer/drill team/Color Guard periods until 2:00p​​
